Location

The Iguana Tranquila is located on the Interamerican Highway 15 kilometers outside San Ramón just past the Cristo Blanco.

San Ramón is situated on the edge of the Central Valley plateau leading down to the Pacific with convenient access to the beaches, Arenal Volcano, and the Juan Santamaria International Airport.

The town is situated at 3,500 feet above sea level with an average year-round temperature of 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
